Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you have tried all the solutions for not printing, especially the ping test. If the ping test fails you will not be able to print. For a failed ping test try assigning a static IP address to the printer. If the machine passes the ping test then remove the driver and install or reinstall a V3 driver and see if that fixes the issue. If none of this helps please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
i have a xero b405 that is networked. when they set up the printer it tested okay when installed on the server, after a couple of weeks now it wont print, every time we send a print job to the copier it fails. i have installed every driver on the xerox website. the driver installs okay but again when we try to print it fails. ive checked the network cable that is fine. they also use windowns 10 computers
