Re: failing to print on custom paper

Hi DRB,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the articles for selecting the print options when using Mac and the selecting the print options when using Windows.  On the Windows setup if you are using the PS driver use the PCL driver and see if that makes a difference or if you are using PCL try the PS. If this information does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

failing to print on custom paper

Product Name: Xerox B210 Printer
Operating System: Not Applicable

I am attempting to print on custom (plain) paper size (3"x6") fed (with long side in direction of feed) from the manual feed slot and output at the back. I am able to print on #10 and monarch envelopes with the same feed/output. When I use the custom paper nothing appears on the paper. If paper is drawn from the lower tray printing occurs at the upper left side of the sheet.

I have tried this with Linux, Mac OX (catalina and el capitan), and Windows 10 with the same results. With Linux I have used cups command line specifying papersize, media, and orientation. The paper is fed nicely but that is half the job.

I would appreciate a hint about what might be wrong.

THANKS!
