Hi mkzaman,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Have you tried another drum cartridge?  Try turning off the machine remove the drum cartridge then turn the machine back on.  If the error does not display then turn the machine off again and install a new drum cartridge and power on again.  If the message returns after putting in a new cartridge then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

fault code 092-311 of xerox D110

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Machine run with this code 092-311 when I run the machine without drum cartridge then it run properly and when I put the drum cartridge then show this code again. What can I do. Plz help me
