I have found the message "It does say to power off the printer and call Support", but I live in and use it in  Japan. I  want to contact the office by e-mail. I bought it as the second-hand one from UK last week. Best,

Hello HCU,

I searched that code and there aren't a lot of details. It appears to be in the same fault chain as the ink melt area or print reservoir. It does say to power off the printer and call Support. 1-800-821-2797
