There’s no way to modify that behavior currently.  You will need to call us at 1-800-821-2797 for assistance to submit a Feature Enhancement Request (FER).

I have a Workcentre 6515, and when scannerizing to LAN (SMB)
the nome file is example Xerox Scan_19052017214902.PDF
when scannerizing to mail Xerox Scan_19052017214902.pdf
is possible have .pdf and not .PDF when scan to LAN (SMB)?
