Since no one has responded, I would recommend calling Support and asking to speak to someone with 2nd Level to see if they can send you one directly that is not available publicly. 1-800-821-2797

firmware

Product Name: WorkCentre 7755/7765/7775
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have a printer with firmware 061.090.222.09400 and the printer is having some issues that I belive are software related and would like to upgrade the firmware but the only firmware on xerox for download on this printer is 061.090.220.19700 and that is older than the firmware that is on it and the printer will not let me rerite a older firmware that what is on it. Does anyone have a firmware for the 7765 that is newer than the 061.090.222.09400.
