We are having a problem on multiple Xerox printers and MFPs with printing barcodes.
We are trying to print from an application called SAP. What appears to be happening is the document is shifted slightly to the right which is cutting off the last bar of the barcodes.
We are using the latest Windows 7 PCL 6 global drivers 5.185.42. We do not have the issue when printing to HP copier/printers using their universal driver.
This is happening for both our Windows XP and Windows 7 32-bit users.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
