Hello revkev6,
I found this article from the Support Page that says to make sure you have the correct model in the driver.
If that doesn't help, I would uninstall and reinstall the Xerox Print Driver.
sorry, the printer is a xerox Phaser 6180 DN connected via USB.
I entered the model in the appropriate spot when I created the post but didn't realize you didn't see it once it submitted... strange. the printer
Hello revkev6,
It would be helpful if you included the printer model number so the Community Members can better answer your question.
I have just migrated a user over from win 7 to win 10. both were 64bit. I initially allowed the OS to choose the driver and all seemed fine. after a week of use, my user came back to me saying they could no longer print duplex. I went on the xerox site and downloaded the recommended "xerox global print driver" V3. after installing this driver I had no problem printing duplex but the printer would no longer print in color. in both cases the options were available and enabled in the printer properties and I got no errors during printing. as a "third" choice I tried to install the microsoft store app that it showed as available but when I ran the install it would not find the printer.
thanks
kevin
