grey lines on the b side of the paper on XEROX 6360

Hello to everyone, first Sorry for  my english. We have an issue with a printer and i'm not so experienced on this printers in general.

 

The issue is  on the b-side of the printed paper. The paper printed is ok but behind the paper there is always a vertical grey line. How can i proceed to fix the problem? I tried to run some troubleshouting routine from the panel menu of the printer but the issue remain the same. 

 

Something to manually to clean? fuser or developper?
