half fold is crooked

What did they determine was the problem and solution? We have the same issue with our Plock.

Call in the tech. The fold is a steel bar, it can't be angled, the only way the fold can be crooked is for the paper to be crooked when the arm comes down to do the fold. And that will require a tech to fix, not an option in software settings

I am trying to print double sided 12x18 - 100lb cover and fold in half.  it is folding really crooked.  I have found the adjustment to where the fold is overhanging or not but cannot adjust the crookedness.  It is printing good front to back but the fold is way off.  Is there a manual adjustment/alignment.
