I am trying to print an envelope from workcenter 7775 color. envelope is 10 x 13 and it is a word document.  It keeps telling me resources not available and is asking for 81/2 x 11 even after I have set all my resources to 10 x 13 . tried plain, envelope, custom and nothing works . All is set for tray 5
