Yes, I suggest replacing the cyan toner with a brand new one(not opened).

I did. I took all of the old color cartigages out and put them in the newer machine. Do you think I should get new color cartiages?

When swapping the machine, did you take the toners from the faulty machine and put them in the second machine by any chance?
If so, I suggest replacing the cyan toner catridge with a new one.

I have an Xerox phaser 6280 and it prints horizontal lines across my papers that are 3" wide. It only does it when I print in color and the lines are blue. Even if I print a yellow document they are blue lines. Any suggestions? I have blown everything out with compressed air that I know of and am getting the same issue. I swapped machines also. I took one of my staff members machine because she was out of ink and it does the same on both machines.
