I called support, and they sent me an estimate to repair the printer around twice the price that I bought it (new) because there is warranty of one year and I bought it one year and 24 days ago...

It is kind of incredible how planned obsolescence is a precise science nowadays.

Hi,

I have a problem with my Xerox C235: horizontal white lines appear on all my prints.

I found the entry in the manual, but everything I tried did nothing.

The toner cartridges are Xerox specific (and I tried to change and reinsert them), the paper is normal laser print paper, I pressed the color adjust option something like six times, and nothing changes: I have white lines that appear on all my prints, as the photo below shows it.

As the manual says that if nothing works, the support should be contacted (and as I haven't found anything about this problem for C235 on this forum), here is my question : what should I do? (I am in Europe)
