horrible Auger printing marks and can't seem to fix....help,this is a brand new machine

Product Name: VersaLink C7000 Printer
Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur

Hello Forum, I have a new Versalink C7000 that prints horrible auger marks (45 degree angles across the entire printed area) Ive tried many different things, such as cleanings of the R1,tru R4 drums felt pads with lighly compressed air, cleaned the mirrors, ran color calibration, color registration and nothing has helped.  The toner is original Xerox as the machine is brand new. Ive taken out the toner cartridges and shook them carefully to loosen up any toner .... im lost now what to do.  Cant print anything to show customers as it prints horrible auger markings all thru the printed area.
