Every time I print something for me to change paper size I have to select the paper size in the software I am using (word, excel, pdf) then I have to go into print properties and change the paper size in the xerox print settings page. After selecting ok and I am returned to the software print page and the page size has been changed to a different page size then either time. I then have to chane the page size to what I want it to be and now i can print.
How can i make it that when i change the page size in the software it just accepts this as what i want it to be and prints off that size on the printer?
