Envelopes can only be printed from tray 5 or the optional Envelop tray. Here are some steps on loading envelopes properly that may hep you

'how to print envelope size 3 5/8 by 6 1/2 ?

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.14 - Mojave

I keep failing to print envelope size 3 5/8 by 6 1/2 which is not on the list of size option in the printer panel.

I tried to use custom size to print above mentioned standard envelope but couldn't  make it happen.

Can you help me, please?  I am using bothe Window and mac with this altalink c8045 printer.
