how to print from phone

Hi Temmy,

I tought the problem is the tray.

I have 2 "trays under the printer" 1. is DIN A-4 (normal letter size in germany) 2. the buttom one is DIN A-3, that is bigger, for drawings.

And the 3. one is the one on the left side, you have to open it and put a paper in manual.

This one is allways empty. For the first start I gett an error 016-910 and the printer stopped. After I delet the report I was able to start printing. this happen always until i turn of the "start page". Now I have the same problem when I tray to print DIN A4 from my Android Phone. From Computer / Notebook I have no problems, I can print A4 ore A3 without any problems. From my phone I can print A3 but if I chose A4 it stops and reported 016-910.

I just think about a mechanical problem, what is if there is a switch what says there is paper in the "side tray" but there is not and the report 016-910 apears because of that?

I have a Sony phone and want to print a pdf document.

I can print A3 but not A4.

both container are full, but when I chose A4 it stops and say "eingabe erforderlich"

I use workplace app, installed "print service plugin" and "Mobile link"

all the same problem, A3 format no problem, A4 it stops with error  016-910

Need paper in the extra tray. I never used it in my whole life.
