how to print from xiaomi and samsung to xerox workcentre 3215

Product Name: WorkCentre 3215
Operating System: Android

hello 

 

i have this printer  xerox workcentre 3215 now i'm trying to print from two diffrent mobile phone and its not printing i also install the plug to my android and its not work what i need to do to fix it ?
