iGen 3 tray switching

I have a customer who has an application currently running postscript tray switching on FreeFlow Print Server on J75. They are migrating to iGen3 FreeFlow Print Server for volume. The analysts are working on the migration but cannot get the trays to switch. They have used postscript and VIPP. There are some notes and examples on the VIPP interpreter manual for the iGen considerations. With the FFPS iGen3, is there a special way to call out the trays to switch stocks?
