Is the issue specific to the stock or does it happen on everything.
If specific to stock, does it only happen because the stock is wider than the 11 inches typical to prints, which would imply the printer is only showing washout and marks outside of the 11 inch typical imaging area?
Does the deletion always occur in exactly the same area, this would imply physical issues (If it is always 1.73 inches from the bottom of the page for example, it would be a drum/roller issue, it may not always occur at the same point along the feed direction because the roller turns at a different rate than the paper impresses on it.
I'm printing on the max size sheet (14.33x26). The stock is 100# silk cover and is not curled. My image prints to within 1/4 inch of both the lead and trail edge of the sheet. I'm having some intermittant washout on the edges as well as some circles of deletion. This could be two seperate issues. Any ideas?
