I have been left to my own devices in the office the boss has left on vacation .Im getting constant paper jams  above drawer 1  . Could this be down to paper orientation . im tring to scan from main scanner  in portrait  A4 .Drawer 1 is set  to portrait  . as soon as  i try to copy paper jams at exit to drawer 1  .Ive taken a look at manual  .There are   no simple start from scratch instructions that i can see  .
