invalid accounting ID - linux

the printer is a colorqube 8900s and im using the "Linux 64-bit Intel Driver" on thier website, i have no idea if its cups but i do know i have installed it and it prints but its printing out error messages -

error notice

/var/spool/cups/d00002-001

the job was deleted due to invalid accounting id

Can you please let us know of the printer model. Also are you adding the driver via CUPS or any other process?

Hi all,

im having an issue trying to get my linux workstation running fedora 14 to print to my xerox that we have setup accounting on that printer, i have downloaded the driver installed it, put in the user id and when i come to print a test page i get " the job was deleted due to invalid accounting ID'S"

any help would be much appreciated
