I searched our knowledge base and couldn't find anything on invalid drive format, I suggest that you call into your local support department for assistance.

invalid usb format

Product Name: WorkCentre 3615
Operating System: Windows 10

each time i put in a flash drive it tells me invalid drive format i tried all tpes such as fat32 nfts and exfat all still gimme the same error
