Hello Roxane,

I searched the knowledgebase and found this article regarding printing too slow. Does it only happen on PDFs? It could be the complexity of the job. If it doesn't happen on other file types it may just be an isolated issue with that file. If you need more info, I would recommend contacting Support and asking to speak with a product specialist: 1-800-821-2797

irregular print rate problem

Product Name: PrimeLink C9065/C9070 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi, i'm printing several pdf files with a primelink C9065 printer. My problem is the irregular print rate. When i want to print for example 10 pdf files which contain only one page, the printer receives regulary  jobs but begins to print 3 pages then stop and print again 3 pages and stop again and finih by the last 4 pages. I tried to modify the network speed, the grammage,  the color and the double-sided printing but nothing change.

The printer seems to do something like check parameters or something like between the printing  and i can't find how to  modify that.

If someone has an idea, i really appreciate.
