That cannot be the only fault. And it certainly isn't related to the issue.

Please call for support (FujiXerox, not Xerox)or post the list of faults including the one at the time it stopped printing color

I check the error history report and i find a system fail 0248-348.

Maybe you should try posting the error that caused the problem

it no longer prints color only black and white after giving an error

Product Name: DocuCentre SC2020
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi

I have a multifunctional Docucentre sc2020. After printing several color documents it failed. I stopped and started. it is set to list color in properties but print only black and white. I tried to uninstall and install the driver and all black and white print.

I mention that the multifunctional makes color copies only for printing does not print color after that error.

How can i solve this problem?
