Re: j75 Freeflow Shrinking Print on OSX 10.9

Hi!

It does sound like a driver issue, have you tried different drivers?

Best Regards

j75 Freeflow Shrinking Print on OSX 10.9

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello All!

I am not sure how I should ask this or what information I need but I am trying to print documents on custom sized stock with our J75 press -- I've noticed recently that any time I print something from our 10.9.3 computer, the output is shrunk. Like by at least a pica on each side.

We are using Indesign CS6, I have 3.16 version of the driver installed.

When I print on our old computer, running 10.6.8, the output is fine.

We can't make heads or tails of this, the settings are all the same except that computer has 2.81.0 for the driver.

Everything is centered on the stock, but what would cause the document to shrink?

Even when printing PDF's and telling it to print actual size, on both computers, the new one shrinks it the old one prints the way it is supposed to.

Please help. Thanks in advanced for any replies.
