The error code you reported  092-651 requires a technichian please consider calling into the support department @ 1-800-821-2797 to schedule a service call.

keep getting an message printer is in error

Product Name: WorkCentre 6027
Operating System: Windows 10

I have been printing just fine then I started to have color issues in the printing. I changed a color cartridge and then the printer keep saying error 092651 code 2440000 call rep. I turned the printer off twice and restarted twice and still get the message.  I tried cleaning the sensors in the back of the printer and still get the message. I have not had problems with the printer ink cartridges I have been using and they are the same.  Can anyone help or give a suggestion?  I teach preschool and I use the color printer an awfully lot.  Thank you in advance.
