Reset the print system then, Apple fixed the Library Validation problem in Catalina, Printer features simply should not exist for any brand printer. For Xerox, it will be Xerox features and will work fine. 10.12-10.14 does not work fine because of Library validation, if it prompts on those OS's then you created presets to make them do so, or are using an old 3.X driver which will cause other issues since they do not in any way support AltaLink devices and don't work on a 64bit OS (10.15 does not allow 32 bit apps at all)
Xerox AltaLink C8045
A number of users have upgraded to macOS 10.15 Catalina and installed the latest Xerox printer driver version 5.4.2(2138), the users are never prompted to XSA accounting codes. On the printer Features, there is no place to enter the XSA code (in all apps). On the older mac and Windows 10 workstations the XSA code prompts comes up and prints without any issues.
How do I get the XSA accounting code to show up on this driver?
