magenta toner not fusing to the paper

hi there

im having an issue with xerox c9000 and nd the magenta toner.

the toner magenta can be rubbed off the paper.

other colous are fine.

80gsm paper.

nothing strange just standard printing and the masgent doesnt fuse.
