Probably an odd glitch.
Choosing 2 trays in the driver config will give yo uone actual tray, and the bypass tray. 3 trays will give you 2 trays plus bypass tray.
Is it possible your printer and the setup differ?
If not, what driver specifically is in use? Can you provide screen shots? Does it happen in all programs?
I've just installed this VersaLink B400 that two users will be sharing over the network. One user will always be printing 3 copies from tray #1 and the other user will always be printing 2 copies from tray #2.
I printed a test page successfully from tray #1 which was the default tray. Then, I successfully printed from tray #1 by selecting it manually.Next, I wanted to print from tray #2. Like tray #1, I selected Print, opened the properties, changed from automatic to tray 2 then select print. I get the following error message:
Any ideas on how to correct this? TIA....
