merge address list

Hi,

we recently installed a xerox 7556 ( and a 7530 ).

every month we print a booklet for a target audience of 1300 .

 

As we do it now, we make one pdf of 8 pages that we print on an A3 booklet ( so each page is a A4), which is folded and stapled by the workcenter.

afterward someone wil apply an address label manually ( from printed etikets) .

 

my question : would it be possible for the xerox to 'inprint' these adresses on the first page ( like the inprinting of pagenumbers ? ),

or if we were to do the mailmerge in word ( en generate a document of 8  * 1500 = 12000 pages) , to teach the xerox to fold and staple at the correct time, and not make one 12.000 pge booklet ?
