Thank you for using the Support Forum. You will need to change the password for your wi-fi.  The Phaser 3330 can only use the following special characters @ / . ‘ & + - # * , _ % ( ) . Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

missing special character on printer keyboard

Product Name: Phaser 3330
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi,

I want to enter the password for the wifi in the printer but the password contains the special character : (colon) and this special character is not available in the listed characters. How do I enter it?
