CWIS  > Properties > General Setup > Paper Management > Tray Contents and Settings then click Edit on each tray and choose if you want it to be used for Auto Select.

need to disable auto tray switching on a WC3655

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We use a different combination of letterhead legal plain and our second page letterhead and when we run out of plain the printer defaults to printing on our second page so then we are wasting our more expensive pre-printed paper. is there any way to stop this device from auto switching trays when the first one runs out?? other than setting the trays to have difrrent media types
