Can you tell me the Xerox device with which you are working?
I have a Xerox 6500 color laser printer that I have come to conclusion we wll have to replace cartridge before we are allowed to print
093-932:Cyan Toner Cartridge at end of life. Replace Cyan Toner Cartridge. Printer is unable to print.
093-424:Magenta Toner Cartridge at end of life. Replace Magenta Toner Cartridge. Printer is able to print

Print a Job in Black and White Using the Run Black Feature
When a color printer runs out of Toner, users are typically unable to print until a new Toner Cartridge is installed. When the Phaser 6500 runs out of cyan, magenta, or yellow Toner, jobs can still be printed in black and white. This feature is known as “Run Black.”
NOTE: All color Toner Cartridges must remain installed in the printer when switching to the Run Black mode.
To activate the Run Black mode if a colored Toner runs out in the middle of a print job:

Hi, I have the same problem, and like to add that its not computer interface where I'm stuck, its the printer itself. Opon powering on, it tests the toner availability and generates an error "093-932" or "cyan finished". Now printer doesnt go ahead of this! Any quick one? or i have to replace tonner I guess before I can print black&white. Atleast about dell I know, it allows you to print in B&W if others have run out.
