Re: network card failure

There should be lights on the nic when a cable is plugged into it, and the other end is plugged into a powered port. If there are no lights, the cable is bad, the nic is bad, or the other end of the cable (switch port) is bad.

When I connect another network cable, there is no reaction, but this same
cable works well on another printer and computer.

So what happened when you plugged in a different network cable?

What happens when you plug your laptop into the cable the printer is currently using?

network card failure

Jump to solution
Product Name: DocuCentre SC2020
Operating System: Windows 7

I have a problem on the network port of the fuji xerox sc2020 printer,
an error message appears saying: "check network cable" , while network port and USB are on the same card.
On the same card, the USB port works normally.
How to make the network port work again?
