Hello betyca,

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xerox Print Driver? I would recommend trying that to see if it resolves your print issue.

Product Name: Phaser 3020
Operating System: Windows 10

Mando imprimir pero no detecta la impresora, pone el trabajo en cola de impresion y marca error

al efectuar una revisión dice que la impresora no responde
