Even if the print engine is completely toast, it should not affect CWIS. But since it does your only hope is to have a tech altboot it.

When open CWIS everything opens except print it tryes to come up screen color change light blue never loads up

Then you will need to break down printing in steps.

 

Take a print ready file (jpg is easiest) and submit it via CWIS to eliminate the drivers and application, if that doesn't print there is a problem with the printer itself, it it shows no error (I have never seen this occur) a tech would be needed to possibly reset the device and diagnose a hardware failure in the print engine.

 

Do that via:

And assuming that works, next step is a Windows/Mac test page, if a test page fails, but the above does not, the issue is the driver. Possibly yours has no PS interpreter and needs a PCL driver only, so download the latest Global Print Driver PCL and use that if Windows. You are in a bad way if that is the case and are printing from a MAC since there is no Apple PCL driver from Xerox.

Completed job screen shows job deleted open jobs detailsl it shows job type print, status is blank,

go to Job Status > Completed Jobs and select the failed job to see why it is failing, most likely an Accounting issue

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

When job is in job status and released it delete instead of print . Copies fine
