I searched the Knowledgbase and cannot find anything on this issue. I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

not resizing for paper when printing from USB drive

Product Name: WorkCentre 7425/7428/7435
Operating System: Not Specified

I have inherited a Workcentre in non-customer mode only. It will print a USB drive, but will not resize the image to fit the paper (appears to be stuck on 25%). Is there a fix?
