Hello Kong,

I searched the Knowlegebase and found that code. It is a Developer Mode Error Message. If you have try to power off and on and that didn't fix it you will need to contact your local Support.

only print one paper then stop printing

Product Name: WorkCentre 6015
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

i have an issue with WorkCentre 6015, when i print a PDF file its only print one of the file then the scond paper jam. i try to changed the paper settings but still same issue. and now the printer not printing any. it shows me
