Hello Julian,
A solid red light indicates the copy cartridge needs to be changed.
Hello to all, let me apologize for my english, i'm french
I am very annoyed. My printer, new - one month maximum - that I use every day is no longer printing! It's a Xerox Phaser 3250 About a week ago, one of the two indicator lights turned red, as if there was a paper jam...but there wasn't one. No message either. That didn't stop me from continuing to print. When I turn my printer off and on again, the lower light starts to light up green and the characteristic noises of the power on occur . Then, the green light goes out and the top one lights up red. If I order a printout, everything stays still, whereas before the green light was flashing, the red light was still on, and the printing process was working. I see an article on https://avis-imprimante.fr/ but i'm not sure to see the answer. I wonder what kind of failure can affect a practically new machine! Thank you for helping me to see this more clearly.
