paper jam error 08-100

Product Name: Phaser 3020
Operating System: macOS 12 - Monterey

I had a paper jam that was completely cleared (absolutely no paper left inside), but the error message persists despite restarts, opening and shutting the door, removing the cartdrige, everything suggested via the docs - even updating firmware.

 Nothing clears the error and it will not print anything at all. Someone mentioned an out of place jam sensor but I cannot tell where that sensor is or if it's out of place.

On top of everything, there's no tech support in Romania (called the support number and it said it wasn't valid when I reached "report a malfunction" menu), so I'm not sure what to do here.

Please advise.
