I have removed the paper and now have a paper jam code and cannot remove it.

Anything I can do. I am very handy with tools and can disassemble.

Machine Status  >Tools > Admin Settings > Maintenance > Adjust Paper Type

paper jam workcenter 6027

Product Name: WorkCentre 6027
Operating System: Windows 10

I've been having trouble with my WorkCentre 6027 accepting any kind of paper besides plain paper.  I've tried lightweight card stock and labels.
