Not sure if it is driver or device. I did see a very similar issue with Copy instead of print which implies the device.

Just watch the spar, if it gets accepted you can just tag on and do a child spar.

There is a spar on the issue that appears to be this, but it is quite wordy and relates to a very specific setup, but the short version is that the duplex in the driver creates a face-up vs face-down issue. The spar is CQGbl00853808 (I believe you may be able to view it since you work for a Xerox company), obviously I can't post it's contents here.

i have a problem with connectkey printers , tested on firmware level 72 and 73

when letterhead or any other type is loaded in the printer

create a word file 1 page , print on any type of paper, page is printed on the correct size (example letterhead paper)

create a word file 2 pages, print on any type of paper, its beging rotated, so second page of word is printed on the backside of the letterhead

so in other words, when printing duplex, paper needs to be rotated ??

is there a setting to disable this?
