Your only hope is to contact the seller. There is no mnagical back door, and this one can't even be reset remotely, a tech is required to do it onsite, which is at considerable expense.

Unfortunately the default password does not work (1111) and also for the N / S (2YX031148)

Its either 1111 or the printers own Serial number (Case Sensitive)
