I've just seen your post on XEROX Support Forum. Although it's dated 2017, I'd like to know if you managed to fix this issue.
I just bought the same printer back in September 2020 amd I having exactly the same problem.
If you managed to fix it, I'd appreciate it if you could walk me through the WiFi Connection for Phaser 3020.

Recently I've bought this printer and I'm trying to connect it to my network via wifi.
I'm doing the setup via the xerox software and every thing seem to go well, I'm connecting the printer via USB first and then select my network and enter my password but when the printer is trying to connect it's says "Connection failure : invalid network security check"
I've also tried to do this process manually and enter all the parameters including setting it to manual IP instead of DHCP but I get a similar error : General Failure.
Any idea will be appreciated
