I was facing the same issue. So, I connected the printer via USB cable and opened the Xerox Easy Printer Manager. Then selected the printer connected via port. clicked on machine settings and went to network settings and clicked on clear all. then clicked on default settings. Then restarted both laptop as well as printer. Viola! problem solved.
I had the same problem with my TP-Link AX5400 (AX73). I created a 2.4 Ghz-only guest network with hidden SSID and WPA/WPA2-Personal security and I was able to connect the printer to that. Hope that it'll work for you too.
Ahoj, mám podobný problém. Tiskárna mi fungovala na Google Cloud Print. Nyní už ne. Připojení je v pořádku, na chromebooku ji vidím, odešlu úlohu do tiskárny, hláška, že tisk proběhl, ale nic se netiskne. Funguje pouze tisk přes placenou aplikaci Printer share. Má Xerox prosím nějaké řešení pro bezdrátový tisk pro tuto tiskárnu? Děkuji za odpověď. Martin.
I have the same issue. I tried so many configurations on the router but no one is working. I have TP-Link AX5400 and it doesn't work. However, on my old Huawei router, it works.
I have exactly the same issue with my new Pharser 3020 printer. I have tried every WIFI security setting available on my tp-link AX1500 router (even "no security" option). WPS connection also does not work. I do not have any issues connecting other devices to my router. @Xerox please find a solution or update your firmware (last update released in 2018)...
I have the same problem. The manual setup is not working as using the ip address is automatically generated does not give me access to the printer.
