Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please use the print as image feature in Adobe Acrobat or Reader.
From the Adobe Acrobat or Reader Application:
- Select the File menu
- Select Print. The Print Dialog window will be displayed.
- Select Advanced.
- Select Print As Image.
- Select OK to save settings.
- Select Print to print the file.
If this does not clear up the issue please consider contacting your local support centre.
