Booklet Creation and N-up are not really the same. The booklet printing feature is found in the Layout tab, then click the Booklet / Poster / Mixed Document / Rotation...button. Then select the Booklet Creation radio button in the top right corner of the new window that pops up. Select any additional options found on the rest of that page and click OK.
New phaser 6180, just tried booklet printing (Layout tab, Pages per sheet (N-up) = Booklet. The driver help says it will shrink it down to make a folded booklet, but it just comes out 2-sided, full-size.
