Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that port 9100 is still enabled at the PCs or Network level. If that is not the issue then uninstall the driver completely and reinstall. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Our phaser 6280n is networked thru IP4 address to about 15 users. We had this printer for 1 year and half. We now get (not error) processing port 9100,,,, The printer is flashing ready with processing port 9100,,, (no error number?) Only fix to this problem is hit cancel several times.
But this is holding up our business.
We do get the message replace fuser soon (85,000 sheets) This should not be the problem?
