phaser 6300 vertical alignment problem

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Can anyone help with a vertical alignment problem with a phaser 6300.  The alignment of the cyan, yellow and magenta is off and will not auto correct itself.  The black is fine.  Is there a way to manually correct this.  The printer is just out of the box.  Thanks for your time
